Rain (they/them) is a Seattle, WA (USA) native with a steadily growing resume in the performing arts. A music lover since birth and a songwriter at heart, Rain continues to excel in many disciplines academically and artistically.

Rain is also a talented actor and has performed at a city theater in Renton, WA, in the summer youth musical plays You're A Good Man Charlie Brown (as Sally Brown) and All Shook Up (as Dennis), for which they received great praise from the Renton community and peers.

Rain began learning piano at the age of five at the Do Re Mi Academy in Renton, WA, performing every year with other students at the IKEA Performing Arts auditorium until they were 12. They were invited back to perform an eight-minute jazz medley that included extracts from pieces like City of Stars (La La Land) and Rhapsody in Blue (George Gershwin) as an alumni two years after completing studies at the academy. That same year, they learned a piano solo version of George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue and performed it for family members at various private functions in Mexico City. They continued their piano studies with private teacher Barbara Rollins in Kirkland, WA, from 2016 to 2020 and then in July 2020 they joined the Issaquah, WA, School of Rock's Performing Program Motown Band. Since then Rain also performed in the School of Rock Programs Hair Metal Bands in January 2021, the Ozzy Ozbourne Songs in June 2021 and Coachela Songs in September 2021 (in this program Rain covered songs like The Dog Days Are Over (Florence and the Machine), Colors (Black Pumas) and My Body Is A Cage (Peter Gabriel, Arcade Fire).

Rain released their first three singles, Quarantine, Second Turn at The Roundabout and Let Me Be The One (Electronic Mix) on August 2020 to multiple platforms. On June 28th 2022 Rain launched their first full Album, The Sun Is Better Than It Sounds!
